09:00 AM Arrival at Kiulu Water Rafting Centre (KWRC). 抵达九鲁激流泛舟中心（KWRC）。
09:30 AM Depart for the rafting starting point at Pulak. 前往 Pulak 漂流起点。
10:00 AM Safety briefing and signing of the Liability Release Form. 进行安全讲解，并签署免责同意书。
10:30 AM Begin your 9 km white water rafting adventure along the Kiulu River. The rafting journey takes approximately 2 hours, depending on the river's water level (high, medium or low). 开始 9 公里的九鲁河激流泛舟，全程约 2 小时。实际漂流时间将依据河流水位（高、中、低）而有所调整。
12:30 PM Arrive at the end point of Kiulu Water Rafting Centre (KWRC). Change into dry clothes and enjoy lunch. 抵达九鲁激流泛舟终点（KWRC），更换干净衣物后享用午餐。
01:30 PM Depart for your hotel in Kota Kinabalu city. 启程返回亚庇市区酒店。
