Terms & Conditions 条款与细则 1. Driving Licence The hirer must possess a valid driving licence. 租车人必须持有有效的驾驶执照 2. Authorized Driver Only the hirer who makes the booking is allowed to pick up and drive the vehicle. No third-party drivers are permitted. 仅限下单预订的租车人本人取车及驾驶车辆，禁止他人代驾或使用。 3. Rental Calculation Rental rates are calculated on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. 租金按日 / 周 / 月计算。 4. Overtime Charges 超时费用 Extra hours: RM15++ – RM100/hour (varies by vehicle, please confirm with sales). 5 extra hours = 1 full-day rental. 超时费：RM15++ – RM100 / 小时（视车型而定，请向销售确认）。 超出 5 小时按全天租金计算。 5. Responsibility for Damage & Loss The hirer is fully responsible for any damage or loss caused by illegal acts, negligence, careless driving, tyre punctures or burst tyres, wrong fuel usage, battery drain due to negligence, loss or damage of accessories, windows, mirrors, or undercarriage damage. The company reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage or accident during the rental period. 因非法行为、疏忽、鲁莽驾驶、轮胎损坏、加错燃油、电池耗尽、配件遗失或损坏、车窗、后视镜 及底盘损坏等所造成的损失，均由租车人全权负责。 如租赁期间发生任何损坏或事故，公司有权向租车人追讨相关赔偿。 6. Third-Party Accident If an accident involves a third party, the hirer must obtain full details of the third party (vehicle number, driver name, and driving licence number). If a third-party insurance claim cannot be made, all repair costs shall be borne by the hirer, subject to the excess clause. 若事故涉及第三方，租车人须自行获取第三方车辆号码、司机姓名及驾照资料。 若无法向第三方保险索赔，所有损失将由租车人承担（依据自付额条款）。 7. Accident / Theft Report The hirer must inform the company and lodge a police report within 24 hours of any accident, theft, or loss, and provide a written police report. 如发生事故、失窃或遗失，租车人须在 24 小时内通知本公司并报案，提供书面警方报告。 8. Fines & Compounds The hirer is responsible for all parking fees, traffic summons, JPJ/DBKK fines or compounds incurred during the rental period, even if issued after the vehicle is returned. 租赁期间产生的停车费、交通罚单、JPJ/DBKK 罚款或法律责任，均由租车人承担，即使在还车后收 到亦然。 9. Cancellation / Amendment No refund for any cancellation or amendment. Any changes to date or vehicle type are subject to availability. 所有取消或更改均不退款，日期或车型更改需视车辆供应情况而定。 10. Rental Area Limitation 租赁范围限制 Rental usage is limited to within a 200km radius from Kota Kinabalu. Driving beyond this limit will be charged RM0.80 – RM3.00 per km (varies by vehicle, please confirm with sales) and is subject to company approval. Vehicles are strictly not allowed to be driven out of Sabah without prior permission. Additional outstation charges apply for selected areas, minimum RM200 – RM350, including: Sandakan / Tawau / Semporna / Brunei / Lawas 租赁范围仅限亚庇市 200 公里范围内。 超出范围将按 RM0.80 – RM3.00 / 公里收费（视车型而定，请向销售确认），并须经公司批准。 未经许可，车辆严禁驶离沙巴州。指定外站地区将收取额外外站费用，最低 RM200 – RM350，包 括：山打根 / 斗湖 / 仙本那 / 文莱 / 老越 11. Illegal Usage The vehicle must not be used for any illegal or criminal activities. 严禁将车辆用于任何违法或犯罪活动。 12. Vehicle Return Condition The vehicle must be returned in good condition, clean, and with fuel level as received. The company reserves the right to charge for damages, missing accessories, excessive dirt, or insufficient fuel level. 车辆须以良好、清洁状态及原有油量归还。 如有损坏、配件遗失、过度污损或油量不足，公司有权收取相关费用。 13. Right to Terminate The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement and demand immediate return of the vehicle if the hirer breaches any terms, provides false information, or commits fraud. 如租车人违反条款、提供虚假资料或涉及欺诈行为，公司有权立即终止合约并要求还车。 14. Cleaning Charges Additional cleaning fees will be charged if the vehicle has unpleasant odors such as spilled milk, vomit, urine, or other smells that cannot be removed by normal cleaning. 如车辆出现奶渍、呕吐物、尿液或其他无法通过普通清洁去除的异味，将额外收取清洁费用。 15. Rental Extension To extend the rental period, the hirer must inform the company at least 5 hours before return time. Extension is subject to availability and full payment must be made in advance. Late payment will incur a RM50 late penalty. 如需延长租期，须在还车前至少 5 小时通知公司，并视车辆供应情况而定。 延租须提前全额付款，逾时付款将收取 RM50 逾期罚款。 Cancellation & Refund Policy 取消与退款政策 • No refund for early return 提前还车不退款 • No refund for no-show 未到场不退款 • No refund for over-fueling 加油过多不退款
