✅ Admission fees, activity fees, boat tickets, meals, and personal expenses are self-funded. ✅ 景点门票、活动费用、船票、餐饮及个人消费均需自理。

✅ Overtime charges will apply if the tour exceeds the booked duration. ✅ 如行程超出预订时长，将收取额外加时费用。

✅ The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. ✅ 行程可能因天气、交通状况或其他不可抗力因素而调整。

✅ Guests are responsible for their own belongings at all times. ✅ 请妥善保管个人财物，如有遗失恕不负责。

✅ No refund will be provided for unused services, missed attractions, or voluntary changes made during the tour. ✅ 已预订但未使用的服务、错过的景点或个人原因导致的行程变更，恕不退款。

✅ Guests are required to follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by the driver/tour guide. ✅ 请遵守司机／导游的指示及安全规定。

✅ Child seats are available upon request and subject to availability. ✅ 儿童安全座椅可应要求提供，需视库存情况而定。

✅ Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, permits, or identification where required. ✅ 如有需要，游客须自行确保携带有效证件、许可证或相关文件。

✅ The company shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, or force majeure events. ✅ 因天气、自然灾害、道路封闭或其他不可抗力因素导致的延误、取消或行程中断，本公司概不负责。

✅ Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of prohibited substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. ✅ 严禁在车内吸烟、使用电子烟或吸食任何违禁物品。

✅ Any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment by guests may be subject to compensation charges. ✅ 如因游客行为导致车辆或设备损坏，相关维修或赔偿费用将由游客承担。

✅ The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. ✅ 如游客行为影响安全、秩序或他人体验，司机有权拒绝继续提供服务。

✅ For your safety and comfort, seat belts must be worn throughout the journey. ✅ 为确保旅途安全与舒适，乘车期间请全程系好安全带。
